The War against the Seed of Jesus Christ

The enemy of God, the fallen angel, set out to sow tares, deceive and corrupt the good within God’s creation. Jealousy fueled the fire within his corrupt and increasingly wicked existence to destroy all that God had made and take dominion over God’s creation that he by default would become the master and lord over the human race and therefore become ruler over the dominions given to mankind by God the creator.

Mankind the object and desire of the fallen angel would become corrupted and thereby Satan would make man a partner and a tool to make war against the God of heaven and His Angels.

Satan’s plan then, much like it still is today was to divide and conquer until every where there would be confusion, war, hatred and animosity within the family, the community and the world as we know it today.

Psalm 24:1

[[A Psalm of David.]] The earth [is] the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

Gen 1:28

Man is given by God the dominion over everything upon the earth. As ruler of the earth Adam named the animals.

1.      The first Adam was corrupted by sin. Father of the generations of mankind was convinced that God was withholding something from him that would benefit him or make him wise as old slew-foot told Eve in the Garden.

2.      The offspring is attacked and destroyed becoming a murderer of his own brother. Cain entertained the spirit of jealousy, rage, anger, resentment, and rebellion against God. All part of the counsel, the inheritance of those who deny God dominion in and over their lives. This gift is from no other except the father if sin and rebellion.

3.      Cain was cursed and separated from the vine and started his own tribe or family and went and built cities in the earth he was no longer able to cultivate the earth to yield life giving fruit for his toil and labor.

CAIN MURDERED ABLE AND THUMBED HIS NOSE AT GOD, THE KINGDOM AND THE LAW AND GOVERNMENT OF GOD.

CAIN SCORNED AND REJECTED THE OPPORTUNITY AND MERCY OF GOD. HE MIGHT HAVE KNOWN GOD’S MERCY HAD HE COME TO GOD WITH A HEART DESIRING TO REPENT AND FIND MERCY AND FORGIVNESS WITH GOD!

A.     Cain offered unto God and it being rejected and inferior to Abel’s offering, he despised God the receiver rather then replacing the trespass offering upon the sacrificial alter.

B.     Cain began to entertain his mind with the idea that his pride was to be avenged!

C.     Cain began to blame hid brother for his failure and the inferiority of his offering. Cain was a tiller of the ground. Abel was a Shepard a keeper of sheep. Perhaps Cain was beginning to think to highly of himself and his own accomplishments and thought God should follow his desire and honor him above Abel he being the eldest brother?

D.     Cain did not repent and offer an acceptable offering and therefore he had become as many have today, a wandering sheep with no Shepard and he was overtaken by the spirit of wickedness.

E.      The next thing we hear about Abel is he has slain his brother spilling the blood and killing the younger son of his own father and mother.

How desperately wicked and out of relationship with God was this man Cain who supposed his problems would be dealt with by eliminating those from his life who presented that which was accepted on the alter by God.

Gen 4:11

And now [art] thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand;

Once you have crossed the line and have turned your back on God and denied his authority or dominion over your life and your family you leave the safety of the heavenly father.

In a manner of speaking, the only thing you have to look forward to is the leftovers that somebody before you may have lost, or made available to them that are less fortunate, or what you have built up and saved from the good and the plentiful time of your harvest.

Because you cannot not reap where you have not sown, the very blessing of God has become a curse against you and your current supply and substance will eventually run out!

Lev 6:2, 6

If a soul sin, and commit a trespass against the LORD, and lie unto his neighbour in that which was delivered him to keep, or in fellowship, or in a thing taken away by violence, or hath deceived his neighbour; And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD

(Matthew Henry Commentary)

2, 3. Though all the instances relate to our neighbour, yet it is called a trespass against the Lord, because, though the injury be done immediately to our neighbour, yet an affront is thereby given to his Maker and our Master. He that speaks evil of his brother is said to speak evil of the law, and consequently of the Law-maker, Jam. 4:11.

As King David recognized his errors he said,

Psalm 51:4

Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done [this] evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, [and] be clear when thou judgest.

Judah fell into the hands of the enemy and false prophets

Jeremiah said of Judah,

O LORD, though our iniquities testify against us, do thou [it] for thy name's sake: for our backslidings are many; we have sinned against thee.

Read Jeremiah 14:All

The trespass offering was given in obedience, apologetically looking forward to Calvary and the offering of the holy Lamb of God who would pay the ransom for sin for all who come to God by the Gospel of Jesus Christ for repentance and the remission of sins.

Psalm 33:8

Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.

(v. 8): Let all the earth fear the Lord, and stand in awe of him; that is, let all the children of men worship him and give glory to him, Ps. 95:5, 6. The everlasting gospel gives this as the reason why we must worship God, because he made the heaven, and the earth, and the sea, Rev. 14:6, 7. Let us all fear him, that is, dread his wrath and displeasure, and be afraid of having him our enemy and of standing it out against him. Let us not dare to offend him who having this power no doubt has all power in his hand. It is dangerous being at war with him who has the host of heaven for his armies and the depths of the sea for his magazines, and therefore it is wisdom to desire conditions of peace, see Jer. 5:22.

The second Adam Jesus Christ conquered and took dominion over the devil, the Flesh, and the World.

Sin, Death and Hell have lost their power over those who know their GOD thru Obedience to the Gospel and Relationship by the indwelling Spirit of God!

The Prophetic victory

ISA 60:18

Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise.

The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the LORD shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory.

Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the LORD shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.

Thy people also [shall be] all righteous: they shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.

A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the LORD will hasten it in his time.

All this is the inheritance of the righteous that have been redeemed of God

Ecc 5:8, 9

If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for [he that is] higher than the highest regardeth; and [there be] higher than they.

Moreover the profit of the earth is for all: the king [himself] is served by the field.

Matt: 11:12

And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.

The kingdom of heaven suffereth violencebiazetai-vim patitur, like the violence of an army taking a city by storm, or of a crowd bursting into a house, so the violent take it by force. The meaning of this we have in the parallel place, Lu. 16:16. Since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.

we have both the New-Testament doctrine to explain the Old-Testament prophecies, and the Old-Testament prophecies to confirm and illustrate the New-Testament doctrine.

The enemy will not stop corrupting the manners and the lives of those God would like to bring into the Kingdom of God!

The enemy lost in his war effort to keep the seed of Christ from entering the world stage as the miraculous and glorious messiah, the Savior of those who thru His Death, Burial and Resurrection become heirs being joined in His suffering and Resurrection with Him by obedience to the Gospel.

There were times when only one life was left untouched by the war and murder brought against the chosen seed of God. These escaped death to continue the genealogy of Mary the mother of Jesus. That God’s will and His promise would come upon the earth (The baby Jesus Christ) to give every person an opportunity to repent and come to God for mercy and forgiveness of sins.

Hereby, we become dominant in the struggle against the evils of rebellion and sin upon the earth.

The enemy would like you to believe you are at best a stepchild in God’s kingdom. God has no stepchildren we are either in the family of God or we are outside looking in at the blessing of God.

Where do you want to spend Christmas day this year outside the Kingdom of God braving the elements of this world?

You don’t have to observe the bountiful blessings of the messiah from a distance friend or observe as if through a window.

Don’t let the enemy who comes but to steal, kill and destroy rob you of your blessing, your joy, and your reward!

2Cr 11:3

Paul said, But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

You can actually be a part of this grand celebration and become a partaker and enjoy the warmth and glow of a Godly family in your life and in your heart. You will receive a warm welcome into God's family and you'll enjoy new friends and relationships with others like you, who are now content and full of God’s love, wearing warm smiles, and they truly know their heavenly father, they know His Name, and love the family of God.

These have received the greatest gift of all, which can be shared and enjoyed not only in this life, but in the hereafter for all eternity.

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Acts 2:38

THE BLESSING

Num 6:24.25.26

The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:

The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:

The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.
